We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Elite. From checking in to checking out, the staff displayed exceptional hospitality and showed genuine care for our well-being. They even went out of their way to provide a soothing ginger with honey tea when I felt unwell. The hotel's location was peaceful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The availability of showers for guests after checkout was a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and all-around positive experience.

The location halfway up a hill offered the most spectacular views of the mountains during the day and the beautifully lit town at night. Breakfast was a delicious highlight, with really fresh French bread and even options for vegans!
